Summer Yoga, Sound, & Collective Care with Stefanie Tovar + Yena

This summer, join Yena and founder Stefanie Tovar for a special morning of yoga, embodied movement, soulful sound, and community care at Klyde Warren Park.

After years of leading transformational wellness experiences across the country—and previously teaching at Klyde Warren Park—Stefanie returns for a special summer gathering designed to help you release stress, reconnect to your body, and remember what it feels like to feel fully alive in community.

This is more than a yoga class. It’s an uplifting and heart-centered experience rooted in movement, breath, joy, reflection, and collective care.

Together, we’ll move through a beginner-friendly yoga and embodied movement practice designed to support:

• releasing tension in the body
• quieting the mind
• opening the heart
• reconnecting to breath, presence, and inner wisdom

Sound will include restorative vocal expression and live a cappella offerings by Stefanie to support grounding and integration.

Our time together will close with restorative stillness and live a cappella song by Stefanie, creating space for grounding, reflection, and renewal.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your practice, you are welcome here.

As summer begins and Dallas comes alive, this is your invitation to slow down, move with intention, and gather in one of the nation’s most beloved parks for an experience designed to nourish body, mind, heart, and community.
