Spring Evening Sound Bath ✨Join me for a Spring Evening Sound Bath in the southwest part of Las Vegas at Mountains Edge 🌄 This one hour Sound Bath is a chance to slow down, settle your body, and take a pause as we move into the spring season.I will be offering a full Sound Bath experience using crystal singing bowls, a large gong, and layered sound to support deep relaxation and grounding 🔔✨ Participants are welcome to lie down or remain seated and are encouraged to make themselves as comfortable as possible.What to expect ✨ A full Sound Bath experience with crystal bowls and gong 🌿 A calm and supportive environment 🌀 Time to quiet the mind and rest the bodyWhat to bring 🧘‍♀️ Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on 🧣 Blanket or layers for warmth 😴 Optional pillow or eye coveringDetails 📅 Saturday 7-8 pm 📍 Mountains Edge, southwest Las Vegas 📧 Exact location provided after registrationNo prior experience is needed.
