<p>The camp is strictly ALL Girls (Rising 8th through 12th). This event is completely free to all campers. The purpose of this camp is to provide today’s rising and aspiring female football athletes. Essence of Coaching Foundation has created a platform where these young ladies will be able to experience firsthand what an actual combine resembles. The camp will feature a detailed structure focused around capturing metrics such as (Ht/Wt, 40 times, Shuttle, L Drill and we uniquely are adding a short-range time ‘10yd’ split). After we conclude with the speed and agility portion, we will then migrate into our on-field demonstrations and drills. During the on-field activity, The Male Coaches will introduce the drill and give a functional demonstration. After the drill is established, strictly female coaches and pro players will run the drills engaging with the campers during drills. The male coaches/trainers are around to assist with drill development and assist in positional correction in competition.Female Coaches and Adult Athletes will run the actual periods (i.e. providing receivers/RBs with routes &amp; call plays during 7v7 period).</p>
