Considering myself a bbq purest, come learn or share your own knowledge of how to manage a pit and tame the flames. From temperature control, smoke purity, all the way to wood selection. In between putting another split on the fire, we will also talk bbq including my thoughts on what is over-hyped, what is worth having, and what is an absolute must! Great knowledge if you have a griller in your life and you just don't know what to get them! Chicken legs and thighs, and veggies for demonstration! Keep in mind, this will be outside, so dress warm!
