What should I wear/bring?

Please dress comfortably and warmly! If you bought a zero gravity chair ticket, you don't need to bring anything. We got you. If you bought a standard ticket, please bring what you need to create a comfy nest - yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye cover, etc.

Do I have to lie down

Accepted Answer

It is important that you nestle into a comfortable, supported position. Lying down does not work well for all bodies. We have 8 zero gravity chairs available, so grab one of those tickets if you don't want to be on the floor. Otherwise, bring what works best for your body!

Question 3

Do I have to have meditation experience?

Accepted Answer

You do not have to have previous meditation experience to enjoy a Sound Journey. It is different than traditional meditation, although it offers similar benefits and is often easier for beginners to navigate.
