Farm to Table Dinner Experience | June 20


Join us for a meaningful and elevated evening as we honor Juneteenth with a Galveston-inspired farm-to-table dining experience celebrating freedom, heritage, and coastal Southern cuisine.


This special night pays tribute to Galveston, Texas — where Juneteenth began — through a thoughtfully curated four-course menu rooted in Gulf Coast flavors, Louisiana-style influences, and Southern culinary tradition, all presented in an intimate, candle-lit, elevated dining setting.


Guests will begin the evening with a cocktail hour from 6:00–7:00 PM, featuring hors d’oeuvres and a signature cocktail, followed by a seated four-course dinner from 7:00–9:00 PM.


🍽️ The Menu Experience


Course One: Cajun Charred Oysters

Three oysters roasted with Cajun butter parmesan sauce and green onions


Course Two: Gumbo

Chicken, andouille sausage, holy trinity, okra, and rice


Course Three: Seared Snapper

Served with an étouffée-style sauce, creamy grits, pickled okra, and chilled mixed greens


Course Four: Pecan Praline Bread Pudding

Finished with a warm caramel rum sauce

Rumbo – A bold, savory cocktail inspired by gumbo flavors with a blackened rim and Southern garnish

Galveston Daiquiri – Rum, lime, grapefruit, and maraschino liqueur
