From the lively spices of Jamaica to the distinctive flavors of Trinidad & Tobago and Cuba, you’ll embark on a delicious journey featuring bright citrus notes, refreshing tropical fruits, savory seafood, and perfectly balanced Island spices that capture the true essence of the tropics.

Trinidad Fried Bakes paired with Pimento Garlic Butter Sauce and Sweet Coconut Bakes

Key West Conch Chowder and Sring Salad

Grilled Jerk Pork Loin with BBQ Guava Sauce, served with Rice & Beans, Plantains as sides
