Your ticket includes cocktail hour, hors d’oeuvres, one signature craft cocktail, and a four-course chef-crafted menu, all served in our highly decorated farm-to-table dining space designed for an intimate, magical evening.

Each ticket includes one cocktail of your choice. Additional beverages will be available for purchase.


• Fizzy Bee’s Knees — Gin, lemon, honey, egg white

• Gold Rush Stinger — Bourbon, lemon & honey simple syrup, orange bitters, smoked, lemon peel garnish

• Pollinator — Thyme, mint, rose petals, rum, rose simple syrup, lime, club soda

• Bourbon 75 — Honey, vodka, lemon, champagne

Course 1 – Shrimp Crostini

Shrimp marinated in jalapeño lime vinaigrette atop toasted baguette with fresh tomatoes, avocado serrano sauce, finished with cilantro


Course 2 – Citrus Salad

Mixed greens, mandarin oranges, bee pollen, honey vinaigrette, sunflower seeds, shaved fennel


Course 3 – Chicken Piccata

Boneless chicken thigh, lemon, capers, asparagus, linguine


Dessert – Lemon Berry Tart

Lemon curd, berry compote, fresh berries, mint
