It's capitol shoe! Get on the bus to Springfield for a jam packed show at a historic downtown venue near the Illinois Capitol Building.

Elderbeard Musicwerx presents Old Shoe and Sunshine Daydream at Arlington's (formerly On Broadway). This is one of the first public shows at Arlington's since the venue was acquired by Brian and Melissa Reilly of Cured Catering. Historically, this space was a factory and then one of the largest rock clubs in Springfield. The restored venue blends the frame of an old factory with timeless interior decoration and gorgeous modern design.

This will be a limited capacity event so buy your tickets ASAP. Space is limited and tickets are expected to sell out.

We’re beyond excited to welcome Old Shoe back to Springfield — their first time here since 2015! Based in Chicago, Illinois, this five-piece Americana roots rock band is known for their eclectic sound, powerful jams, and loyal fanbase. They are the host band for Shoe Fest. Over the decades, Shoe Fest has become one of the most popular regional festivals in Illinois drawing national acts and thousands of attendees from across the country. Old Shoe has appeared at festivals like Summer Camp and Wakarusa and has opened for artists like Bruce Hornsby and Leftover Salmon. They have also recorded four albums featuring music from each of their talented band members.

Sunshine Daydream will kick off the night with high energy Grateful Dead jams.

Acoustic Singer Songwriter Mace Hathaway will be performing an acoustic set at 6pm in the bottom floor lounge when doors open. He will also perform in between the Sunshine Daydream and Old Shoe sets at 8:30pm.

Transportation:

Amtrak has a station in downtown Springfield. You can travel to Springfield from Chicago, St. Louis and everywhere in between. The station is walking distance to the venue and downtown hotels.
