Irmy, a comedian on the cusp of fatherhood, asks his father for financial help and finds out his only inheritance is his grandmother’s deed to a small piece of land in the West Bank. Interested in claiming the land, they discover a nearby Jewish settlement has built a winery on it. Irmy and his father navigate the various bureaucracies controlling land use in Israel and the Palestinian Territories, uncovering an absurd, Kafkaesque array of policies and personalities.

Their humorous chronicle of their journey is similar in tone to a Daily Show correspondent piece and won the 2024 Ophir Award (Israel’s Oscar) for Best Documentary Feature.
