Body Landscapes - A Continuum Practice Space (WHOLE SERIES)
Overview
Body Landscapes – A Continuum Practice Space
A series of 5 online Continuum classes inviting attention to different anatomical structures and body systems as living, perceptual terrain.
Over five sessions across 2.5 months, each class turns toward a distinct area of the body, offering slow, low-pressure explorations that allow you to drop in and connect with yourself, sensing bones, fluids, organs, and tissues as dynamic landscapes.
Through subtle movement, sound, breath, and attentive listening, the practice of Continuum supports grounding and gentle self-regulation, inviting a felt sense of vitality and ease to emerge.
Open to experienced practitioners and curious newcomers alike.
✨ Continuum is a somatic practice of self-exploration (founded by Emilie Conrad) that uses sound, breath, and movement in order to connect deeply with ourselves and our fluid nature. It is a way to nurture ourselves, to open up spaces for curiosity and play, to loosen the grip of habitual tensions and movement patterns, and to access the body's self-regulatory capacities. We can slow down, calm the nervous system, and find deep rest, and we are invited to experience the ongoing processes of our bodies as wordless cosmic poetry and creative expression.

✨ You can book the full series or join individual drop‑in sessions.
This page is specifically for booking the entire series at a reduced rate (one session for free).
✨ To book individual drop‑in sessions for any of the dates, please visit this page.
✨ While attending the full series is recommended for continuity, drop‑ins are absolutely possible.
Each session stands on its own and opens a different window of exploration, focusing on another aspect of our bodily landscape. The sessions do not build on each other.
However, if you are new to Continuum and have not had an introduction to the practice before, I strongly recommend joining the full series — or at least attending the first class before joining any of the others.
If you are unsure what’s best for you, feel free to reach out with any questions.
✨ Language: The workshop will be held primarily in English, with possible clarifications in German if needed. Any questions or sharings are welcome in either English or German.
✨ This is an online class series. The Zoom link will always be provided the day before the session.
✨ The sessions will not be recorded.
