Yes, you must be 21yrs or older to participate in the wine tasting events.

I just want to sample one wine, is that possible?

Accepted Answer

No. Participation in the grand tasting is only available with a grand tasting wristband. There will be a festival bar with select wines available for purchase by the glass.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Please refrain from bringing coolers, outside alcohol, pets, firearms. See more on our website.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It is helpful, but you can also check in with your mobile device or under your name with a valid ID. We ask that all members of the party are present at check-in so that we may check ID's to insure the individuals are 21 and over who receive the tasting wine glass.

What is the refund policy?

No refunds for any reason. This event is rain or shine. Double check the date on your ticket before purchasing.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Parking is free in the River Run parking lot. We recommend the Summit Stage if you plan to drink.

What are the festival hours?

Food and merchandise vendors may open early but the wine pours at 1pm - 5pm on Saturday and new times for Sunday 11:30am - 3:30pm.

Can I bring my dog?

No sorry. Due to the crowd size, live music, and outdoor food booths we ask you leave your pets at home. Working service dogs are allowed with proper documentation.

Help! My ticket still says Saturday even though I am positive I purchased a Sunday ticket?

All Eventbrite confirmations and tickets display the start date and time of the event, which is Saturday. The email details as well as the ticket itself will display the correct ticket type and day.
