About Arthur E. Chadwick: Arthur holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State and an MBA from James Madison University. He co-founded Chadwick & Son Orchids Inc in 1989, continuing a family tradition dating back to 1943. Chadwick has authored The Classic Cattleyas and First Ladies and their Orchids: A Century of Namesake Cattleyas, and has been featured on Martha Stewart, in Southern Living, Smithsonian Magazine, The New York Times, and more. He has exhibited internationally, including the Chelsea Flower Show, and spoken at multiple World Orchid Conferences. Chadwick & Son Orchids operates 13 greenhouses, two retail stores, and boards over 13,000 orchids nationwide.
