Amuse Oyster: single local oyster, blood orange and milagro silver pearls, house lemon scented cracker
Course 2: Spicy Ginger Margarita - Chilli infused Tequila, lime juice, triple sec, simple, ginger liqueur.
Salad: pea shoot, golden beet paper, basil oil, sweet crab, sweet pea pesto, house made ricotta
Course 3: Milagro Cristalino over a big rock. Smoked glass, twist/peel of grapefruit. Black salt on half rim.
Main: Gruyere grits, birria braised short rib, cilantro pesto
Course 4: Milagro Reposado Espresso Martini
Dessert: Vanilla bean panacotta, bruleed sugar, chili infused ganache
