Yes. This is a ticketed event. Soup tastings are available to guests with an event bracelet. It is also a fundraiser for the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce.

* 4 oz soup tastings at participating restaurants

* An event bracelet

* A walking map

Where do I check in?

Accepted Answer

Pick up your bracelet and event map at the Parkade between 2–5 PM.
Check-in closes at 5 PM. Look for a tent.

What time is the event?

The Soup Walk runs from 3–6 PM. Most guests participate for couple hours at their own pace.

Can I start late or leave early?

Yes. The event is flexible and self-guided. Just be sure to check in before 5 PM.

Will full bowls or drinks be available for purchase?

Your ticket includes 4 oz tastings only. Some restaurants may offer full bowls, drinks, or additional items for purchase at their discretion.

Yes. The route is designed to be walkable. The full route is about 2 miles, but guests can choose how much they want to walk.

The event is rain or shine. Soup tastings take place inside participating restaurants.
