Empirical information about how anxiety disorders are manifested in African American women remains limited. So, in this workshop, we will discuss some of the findings that have been presented. We will explore some factors that contribute to anxiety disorders in Black women. We will also explore some of the cultural manifestations of anxiety disorders in Black women. We will discuss some of the prominent anxiety disorders among Black women.
