Just like any small distillery, sometimes, our availability will vary. Barring unexpected issues, we always try to have at least two options available. Typically, we have at least one standard or double-oaking bourbon and one barrel-finished bourbon.

How long is the experience?

The experience lasts 60-90 minutes depending on the number of people on the tour and how many questions you have!

How big is the bottle?

You will fill one 750ml bottle.

Is the bottle included?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the price of the bottle you're filling is included in the price of your admission.

Do I need to tip?

While tipping is always appreciated, it is certainly not necessary.

What is double oaked bourbon whiskey?

Accepted Answer

Double oaking is the process of taking aged whiskey and putting it into a second new-or-lightly-used barrel. This process amplifies the barrel's impact on the whiskey and normally yields darker colors and more complex flavors.

How early do I need to arrive?

We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to allow for check-in and to get comfortable. When our bar is open, feel free to arrive extra early and enjoy a drink or two.

No! We will provide everything you need. Just bring yourself and a smile.
