For 30 years, GLP has worked with organizations to get a handle on their teaching and learning efforts. Where are we hitting the mark? Where are we falling short? How might we fortify the design of our program? How might we strengthen its implementation? These are the kinds of questions you can answer through a thoughtful (and efficient!) discovery process.

In this workshop, you will map out your own discovery process using GLP's simple but powerful "ask-study-observe" framework. With your own program in mind, you’ll explore...
- Ways to get input from people by asking the right questions in the right way
- Ways to get new perspectives by observing a program from different angles
- Ways to unearth various sources of practical information
You will leave the workshop with a simple, do-able plan to assess your program and generate actionable next steps.

- 110-minute facilitated workshop
- Participants will receive an exclusive resource and tool and a curated list of public resources to continue your learning
What else do you need to know?
- Our workshops are capped at 10 participants so that we can get the most out of our time together. We’ll engage deeply with the content and each other, try things out, and make plans for integrating the learning in your daily life.
- You should have in mind a learning program you want to assess.
- This workshop does not result in a detailed discovery plan – but sets the stage for you to develop one on- your- own or with GLP.
