Saturday, Mar 21 from 5 pm to 6:30 pm
Overview

Hold the Heart: Inner Child Healing is a gentle somatic healing experience designed to help you reconnect with your inner child and heart.

Hold the Heart: Inner Child Healing is a gentle somatic healing experience designed to help you reconnect with the parts of you that learned to hide, shut down, people-please, over-function, or stay guarded just to survive.

This months Saturday Somatic class blends somatic healing, heart-centered practices, restorative yoga, and sound therapy to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep self-compassion.

What to Expect:

☕ Cacao Opening Ceremony (heart-centered grounding)

🫁 Breathwork to settle and regulate (ocean-style breath + calming instruments)

🧠 Somatic teachings on how emotions live in the body and how the heart holds and protects

💗 Guided meditation into the heart space to meet and nurture the inner child

🎶 Heart chakra bowl blessing (I will gently play my heart chakra bowl above each participant)

🧘‍♀️ Soothing yin poses supported by pillows and blocks (held up to 3 minutes)

✨ Heart-focused sound bath with crystal bowls + gong + instruments for full-body integration

This space is slow, supportive, and beginner-friendly. You do not need yoga experience, just an open mind and a willingness to soften.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat (if you have one) and a blanket!!

• Water bottle

• Cozy layers / socks

• Optional: journal for reflection afterward

Energy Exchange: $35

🎟️ Pre-registration encouraged through Eventbrite (limited spots)

Aftercare Note:

Somatic work can continue to unfold after class through rest, emotion, clarity, or deep relaxation. Plan to go slow afterward, drink warm fluids, eat nourishing foods, and give yourself space to integrate.

Come as you are — your heart remembers the way home. 💗
