SheSapiens Female Impact Breakfast: authentic connections, shared wisdom, and impact-driven women in conversation & in meaningful exchange.

Hotpod Yoga Porto

Join our powerful community of female founders, innovators, and change-makers for a morning designed to fuel your energy and your coffee cup. Here is why you won't want to miss it: Hotpod Yoga Studio, owned by one of SheSapiens members, Anna Nowak, is hosting this Impact Breakfast, together with another SheSapiens member, Katie Lawrance, Communication Coach and founder of Emerge with English. The morning starts with a hot, yet restorative and nurturing yoga practice - a slower, deeper sequence that moves us through a more restorative and meditative flow. With minimal standing postures, this floor-based flow, combined with the heat, will cultivate space in both mind and body. This class is designed for all levels, so whether you have never done yoga or you feel like a pro, you are welcome! Important recommendations: - Wear comfortable clothes that will not limit your movements; - The space provides mats, blocks, and sprops. You are requested to bring big towels to cover the entire mat. If you prefer, you can rent one for 3€ (directly with Hotpod Yoga); - The class is heated to 37 °C, so if you need to, you can take a shower afterwards;- The class is not suitable for pregnant women and those with strong claustrophobia or untreated serious blood pressure issues.-VERY IMPORTANT: »Arrive around 8:50hs« Once the class starts inside the dome, there will be no one at the door to let you in.After a restorative Yoga class, followed by a nurturing breakfast catered by Anna, Katie will guide a short session called INSIDERS, a guided connection experience designed for female founders. This embodied session helps participants reconnect with their voice and express themselves with clarity and confidence. Held inside the pod after the yoga, it blends reflection, gentle prompts, and shared insight, focusing on presence rather than performance. Tickets: 15€ for non-members and SheSapiens 'Belong' members 5€ for SheSapiens Elevate members (discount code at SheSapiens platform) Space limit: 15 people SheSapiens Membership info: https://shesapiens.com/membership/ By purchasing your ticket, you are accepting our Event Terms & Conditions.
