The LEAP Difference: Post-Session Coaching (May 19th)8am-10am PT/11am-1pm ET

We believe development is a continuous process. Your registration includes an exclusive 2-hour follow-up coaching session four weeks later (May 19th) with a certified LEAP coach.


How do you continue this work after the session ends?

This coaching session is designed to check in on your real-world implementation, address challenges, and provide personalized coaching support to ensure the behavioral changes stick. We turn knowledge into lasting Leadership Development.

About the facilitator: Kaitlyn Daniel is a resilience and performance expert who has been working in the performance enhancement field and leading team-building activities for over twenty years. Starting her career in sports medicine, Kaitlyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and Psychology, then a Master of Science in Sport Behavior and Performance. She earned certifications in resilience enhancement training while working for the US Army’s sport psychology program.

Kaitlyn has an interdisciplinary background in terms of education, experience, and certifications, including Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), a Brain Centric Instructional Designer (BCiD), a Leadership Acceleration Program (LEAP) Coach, a Chek Holistic Lifestyle Coach, a Certified Athletic Trainer, and certified in Technology of Participation (ToP) Facilitation Methods.

Kaitlyn founded Learning to LEAD in 2016, focusing on team building, resilience, leadership, and performance enhancement training with high-stress, high-performance organizations. She adapted her interactive and experiential training style to facilitate engaging and effective training in remote environments.
