In collaboration with Budds Kitchen × PGH Dumplingz, this Valentine’s Day dinner is an intimate, chef-driven experience designed to slow things down. You’ll enjoy a carefully curated multi-course menu, crafted by local chefs who are present, hands-on, and deeply connected to the food they serve.

Hosted on February 14th at Trace Echo in Uptown Pittsburgh, guests may choose from two exclusive seating times: 4:00–6:00 PM or 7:00–9:00 PM. Each seating offers a thoughtfully curated five-course dinner, crafted to highlight seasonal flavors and intentional pairings.

Your ticket includes two drinks per guest—cocktails, wine, or non-alcoholic options—and gratuity, allowing you to relax and enjoy the evening seamlessly. For those looking to elevate the experience further, an upgrade option is available that includes a bottle of red blend wine, perfect for sharing.
