Crafton Hills College - Finkelstein Performing Arts Center

This encore showing of FilmFest features short films by women filmmakers that are funny, thought-provoking, artistic and inspiring. These award-winning and culturally diverse films encompass several genres - drama, documentary and comedy incorporating animation and music to tell their stories. This afternoon matinee event includes a special post-view discussion led by Dr. Heather King, a professor of English Literature at the University of Redlands. Our premier showing of FilmFest on Friday night is already sold out.Tickets - $25 General/ $15 Student plus Eventbrite fees.Schedule 1:30 pm - Doors Open 2:00 - Film Introduction &amp; Screening 3:45 - Break after the Films 4:00 - Films DiscussionLocation - Free Parking This event is held at the brand-new Finkelstein Performing Arts Center at Crafton Hills College at 11711 Sand Canyon Road in Yucaipa. Parking lots E &amp; F are close by (across from the tennis courts), and parking is free.Host - Fundraising FilmFest serves as a fundraiser for the <a href="https://redlands-ca.aauw.net/" title="https://redlands-ca.aauw.net/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Redlands Branch of the American Association of University Women's</a> Mission Fund, providing scholarships, STEM education, and empowerment for local girls and women. AAUW is dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls through education, empowerment and advocacy.
