State of the Workforce 2026
Join us for the 2026 State of the Workforce, returning with a new, expanded format highlighting national and local workforce trends.
The 2026 State of the Workforce is returning with a new, expanded format and more workforce and economic development insights than ever before. This full-day event brings together employers, educators, and community leaders for engaging panels, interactive roundtable discussions, and dedicated time for networking.
This year’s program will feature Susan Koehn, national workforce expert with Lightcast, and Mike Thibideau, President & CEO of Invest Hamilton County, sharing data-driven insights on the most disruptive forces shaping today’s labor market, alongside practical strategies from state and local leaders. New in 2026, attendees can choose between an all-day experience or a lunch-only option for added flexibility.
We’re also debuting a brand-new awards program called the Champions of Opportunity Awards during the event to recognize employers, educators, volunteers, and community partners expanding workforce opportunities across Hamilton County.
