The North Charleston Cultural Arts Department was created by City Council in 1979 to plan for and support the arts and cultural activities throughout the community. Park Circle Community Building

Participants ages 11-13 will make abstract art that encourages personal expression. Some of the projects include action painting, a color theory collage, and abstract sculpture. Students should plan to bring an old t-shirt that can be used as a smock and a nut-free snack.June 1-5, 2026, 1-4pm
