Seasonal Affective Dance Party! @ Dear Annie
Winter is rude. Let's dance it out.
The sun is gone. Everyone’s vibes are hanging on by a thread.
Let's dance it out.
Seasonal Affective Dance Party is a low-stakes, high-serotonin night devoted to shaking off the winter blues and acknowledging the very real midwinter need to feel something—ANYTHING.
We’ll start early, dance like it’s helping (because it is), and end early—so you can go home, hydrate, and wake up gorgeous, hydrated, and maybe a little sore.
Expect:
- MUSIC
- Wine flowing, lights low, dignity optional
- A crowd that understands the assignment
- The radical act of joy without exhaustion
Come move your body. Chase the dopamine.
Be in bed by a reasonable hour.
Seasonal depression is real. So is dancing about it.
Tickets include food (as fuel!)—think cheese boards, Grandma slices, and all the carbs you need to keep moving. Wine and non-alcoholic options will be available for purchase during the event.
