The Italian kitchen: basil crushed between warm hands, tomatoes bubbling patiently on the stove, garlic and onions caramelizing slowly… aromas that can instantly feel like home. The sounds of laughter mixing with the steady comfort of traditions passed from one generation to the next. The joy of the music that has echoed through family homes for generations. NONNA is an evening woven from all these experiences. Join us for a very special Sunday Supper where every dish carries a memory, every melody stirs the heart, and every guest becomes famiglia. Chef Dave and his team have lovingly curated a secret, multi-course Italian menu, rich with hearty dishes that speak of Sundays spent around crowded tables. This is food rooted in love, and prepared with reverence for the women who fed us, taught us, and insisted we have “just a little more”. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions at the time of booking, and our Culinary Team will be happy to accommodate. Of course, wine will freely flow, stories will be shared, and new friends made! As always, our full bar of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits is included in your ticket. Throughout the evening, our performers will bring Italy’s musical heart to life. Songs that once played from radios in open windows, songs that traveled across oceans with immigrant families, songs your own Nonna might have hummed while rolling out dough… the Italian classics that remind you of simple pleasures. Join us at the table for a toast to heritage, music, and the beauty of gathering. Come hungry, come curious, and come ready to be embraced by the timeless spirit of Italy.
