Join our expert guides as you forage for seasonal delights such as, fungi, sea greens, berries, or edible greens, while savoring the sights, smells, sounds, touch, and tastes of the natural eco systems.You will conclude your journey with a curated tasting at Timber Cove Resort, showcasing how fresh, local ingredients are crafted into delicious, seasonal dishes by the culinary team.Finally, you will learn creative tips and insights on how you can incorporate sourced natural ingredients into your own culinary creations. Meet in the Great Room at Timber Cove Resort.Moderate hiking is involved.Wear covered footwear and long pants. Bring rain gear if necessary.

Agenda

Your adventure begins in the Great Room at Timber Cove Resort where you shall meet your foraging guide, Ty, who shall explain the basics of foraging.  You then travel to a selected location to immerse yourself in nature's wonderland as you search for edible delights and learn about our inter-connected ecosystems.  Returning back to Timber Cove Resort, you are treated to culinary delights by Chef Seadon and his team at Coast Kitchen, who will also share culinary tips on how you too can  create with, and enjoy, the culinary bounty of the Sonoma Coast.
