Grounded Grief Walks: An Outdoor Grief Support Group
Join the Grounded Grief Team for gentle outdoor grief group woods walks with space for quiet, conversation, and connection.
Our grief needs to move. And it sometimes needs companioning.
Join Grief Counselors Katherine Hatch, MSW, LCSW, and Alyssa Ackerman, B.A., LMT, for our outdoor grief group walks.
These in-person walks will include brief introductions, grounding exercises, readings, easeful walking in the woods, communal sharing, and no requirement to talk at any time.
Your pain and all that comes with your grief are welcome.
