Learn how to support your friends' mental health at Youth Mental Health First Aid online event!

Youth Mental Health First Aid2 Inspire Peace presents a free Youth Mental Health First Aid course for adult learners. Become certified as a Mental Health First Aider for young people in your life and continue your dedication to community safety. Certification lasts 2 years.Previously certified Youth Mental Health First Aiders are welcome to join us for re-certification or as a refresher.This course includes a 2-3 hour online module that must be completed before the 6-hour synchronous online instruction. After providing a name and email through Eventbrite, an invitation to create an account on the official Mental Health First Aid Connect platform will be sent to you. After creating an account, you will be able to access the online module. The online module MUST be completed to access the Zoom meeting.<ul><li>~10 min: Event sign-up on Eventbrite &amp; MHFA Connect account creation</li><li>~2-3 Hours: Pre-work Online Module</li><li>~6 Hours: Interactive instruction through Zoom</li></ul>Learn how to recognize the signs of mental health challenges in young people and how to support them effectively. Our interactive session will equip you with the skills and knowledge to make a difference. Join us in creating a positive impact on the well-being of our youth!
