Dance for the Brain Exploring rhythm, movement, and connection without relying on words. Format:30 minutes (5 min intro, 20 min activities, 5 min reflection)Overview: This workshop focuses on how the brain connects through rhythm, timing, and shared movement. Participants explore how nonverbal play helps us sync with others, regulate emotion, and build connection — making this session especially accessible across ages, languages, and abilities. Activities: • Rhythm circle (claps, taps, or simple sounds) • Gesture or movement transformation • Group movement wave or collaborative pattern-building Takeaway: Connection doesn’t depend on words — it comes from rhythm, timing, attention, and shared presence.
