The amount of information you can soak up in the coffee industry is practically endless. In fact, we have an entire team dedicated to providing educational content online. What this class does is condense all the research we've accumulated over the last 10 years of the industry into one general overview class. We'll break down multiple dimensions of what "coffee" really is (an agricultural product, a drink, a multi-generational commitment) in hopes to help you gain a more informed understanding of exactly what you're drinking every morning. The class will be hosted in our offices at our cafe location with a whiteboard, and will conclude with some pour-overs to connect some booksmart dots!
