Overview

A live online operations event for lawn & landscape owners ready to scale: production, scheduling, leadership, and margin protection.

Most companies don’t stall because they can’t sell work. They stall because operations can’t keep up — scheduling breaks, production becomes inconsistent, and the owner turns into the bottleneck.

Roadmap to Operations (Ops) is a live online event built for lawn & landscape companies in the “messy middle,” typically running 1–2 crews and pushing to scale into a multi-crew company.

Last year we hosted a finance-focused event and got strong feedback. This year, we’re going all-in on what determines whether growth is sustainable: operations.

What you’ll learn

  • Production that’s repeatable (quality + speed without heroics)
  • Scheduling and workflow that reduces chaos and rework
  • Leadership + accountability so the team runs without you being the bottleneck
  • Operational structure that supports scale
  • Margin protection so growth doesn’t kill profitability

Who this is for

  • Lawn & landscape owners doing $300K–$3M+ (especially $300–600K aiming for $2–3M+)
  • Companies running 1–2 crews (or adding more)
  • Owners who want systems, structure, and consistent execution

Who it’s not for

  • Anyone looking for quick hacks or hype
  • Owners unwilling to implement and measure what matters

You’ll be redirected details for event access after registration.
