Healthy Mind Foundation is hosting a Women's Health Conference in honour of International Women's Day 2026. The Theme for IWD 2026 is "Give to Gain" and as such our conference theme is in alignment

Women’s health is a cornerstone of family wellbeing, workforce productivity, and national development. Yet across the Caribbean and globally, women continue to face disproportionate health burdens, from mental health strain and chronic disease to reproductive health challenges, workplace stressors, and caregiving overload.

International Women’s Day (IWD) 2026, themed “Give to Gain,” calls for abundant giving of time, resources, and knowledge to advance gender equality and as such the Healthy Mind Foundation is hosting a Women's Health Conference.

The theme of our Women’s Health Conference- Invest in Her Health: Her Health, Our Future embraces that call by positioning women’s health as a strategic investment, one that yields returns not only for women themselves, but for families, workplaces, communities, and society at large.
