LEAP aims to bring together several motivational speakers, that will share their life experiences and motivate youth to achieve their goals.

LEAPin Albania 2026 is organized for the 10th year in Albania by LDA Europe.

Join us on April 25th, 2026, in Tirana, Albania, for the 10th edition of LEAPin Albania, organized by Leadership Development Association Europe (LDA Europe). This annual conference brings together a diverse lineup of renowned speakers from fields like entrepreneurship, innovation, leadership, art, education, culture, and mental health.

LEAP stands for Learn, Engage, Act, Progress and aims to bring together in a long interesting summit several motivational speakers, that will share their life experiences and motivate youth to achieve their goals. An important part of the Leap in Conference will be the model that we will inflict on participants about being civilly engaged and how being part of the community will improve their future and will make progress felt in previous generations.

The overarching theme of this year will be: RESPONSIBLE INNOVATION.

This year at LEAPin, we aim to explore innovation not just in its conventional sense, such as developing new apps, but in the widest sense possible —innovating in processes, ideas, and concepts, or even bringing something archaic into a new light.

The Expert Panels this year will be:

• Business and Civil Society: Examining how responsible innovation can align economic growth with social impact, ethical leadership, and community wellbeing.
• Environment and Energy: Exploring innovative approaches to sustainability, climate action, and energy transitions that balance progress with planetary responsibility.
• Finance and Economics: Discussing how financial systems and economic models can innovate responsibly to promote inclusion, resilience, and long-term value creation.
• Arts, Sports, and Culture: Highlighting how creative and cultural fields reinterpret tradition, identity, and expression through innovative yet socially conscious practices.

A dedicated session this year will feature four lightning talks (approximately 6 minutes each), where young people will showcase their innovative spirits, sharing bold ideas, fresh perspectives, and inspiring initiatives shaping the future.
