Uncorked ENJOY: Myth Busting

TASTE, LEARN and ENJOY something new each month with our educational wine tastings!

Each month will rotate between TASTE, LEARN, and ENJOY classes, offering a mix of guided tastings, deeper education, and fun ways to enjoy wine.

For our first ENJOY class, we’ll challenge what you think you know with Wine Myths, Uncorked—a tasting designed to separate long-held assumptions from what’s actually in the glass. We’ll examine familiar claims, from what wine “legs” really indicate to whether older bottles are always better and how much price really says about quality. Along the way, we’ll explore where these ideas came from, and what truth (if any) they hold. Through six thoughtfully selected wines, each pour tells its own story, reminding us that wine is meant to be enjoyed!
