International Club of DC Inc. is Washington’s premiere organization for internationally-minded professionals who enjoy international cultural experiences. In partnership with embassies, along with museums and other cultural organizations, we present a variety of private cultural and networking events for our membership in the DC area. Join us to dance the night away under the stars after salsa dance lessons at the rooftop of the Ven at Embassy Row, Washington DC’s premiere boutique hotel in the heart of Dupont Circle. Enjoy a memorable evening of networking and socializing as you enjoy a Night in Havana Under the Stars with dancing to a Latin band with the Washington skyline as a spectacular backdrop.Enjoy cocktails and other drinks available for purchase as you enjoy a night of dancing and socializing under the stars. The evening starts with salsa lessons followed by dancing to a Latin band performing sounds of Havana. Reserve your tickets now, as space is limited.As you meet other guests, enjoy mojitos (while supplies last!) and other drinks available for purchase while you take in the rooftop’s relaxed ambiance. Join us at 7:00 PM to relax and meet other guests as we show you how to dance salsa or join us after 8:00 PM to dance to a Latin band under the stars. After the sunset, experience an evening of music as you dance to our Latin band playing sounds of Havana. If you sign up for the salsa lessons, please make sure that you arrive by 7:00 PM.Space is limited and we expect this event to sell out so please make your reservations early.Requested AttireCocktail attire requested. Rain Date PolicyIn the event of rain/inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled or moved indoors at our sole discretion. No refunds will be offered for weather related event postponement but the reservation can be transferred towards a future event by emailing us. Due to the unpredictable nature of the weather, a rain date policy decision for outdoor events may be made before or during an event. By purchasing a ticket you agree that no refunds will be offered if the event is rescheduled or moved indoors.All ticket sales are final. No Refunds. Purchase of tickets constitutes your acceptance that In the event of inclement weather, you will receive an event credit towards attending a future event. If the event is postponed due to weather or other situation beyond our control, you can transfer your reservation towards attending any future similar event organized by the International Club of DC. Limited valet parking is also available on a first-come basis.Parking is limited to street parking in the vicinity of the venue. Kindly note that, as is the case in most major cities, the availability of street parking in Washington DC is limited and beyond our control. Due to the limited availability of parking, we highly recommend a cab, Uber/Lyft or other transportation option. The event start at the designated time so please allow sufficient time for traffic/travel/transportation and parking as these factors are beyond our control.
