WEEK 5: July 27 - 31 DECORATING INTENSIVE

Cake Decorating Intensive is a focused, hands-on week for older campers ready to level up their cake decorating skills. Five days. Five cakes. Full days dedicated to practice, technique, and creative growth. Cake decorating is a skill that improves with repetition, refinement, and intention—and this week is all about building that confidence.
Each day begins with buttercream fundamentals, where campers practice consistency, smoothing, piping, and decorative techniques. In the afternoons, campers apply those skills to complete cake builds, exploring current trends and design styles while learning how to plan and execute a finished cake from start to finish. Campers go home daily with their work and visible progress in both skill and style.
In addition to decorating techniques, campers will learn how to present their work professionally. We’ll cover basic photography best practices, and by the end of the week, each camper will have a personal portfolio of completed cakes to showcase their progress.
This summer camp session is mixer- and oven-free, we’ll just be using- piping tips, rollers, and hands-on techniques to create stunning designs on already prepared cakes—perfect for extra practice and confidence-building. An optional Sunday session of cake fundaments is available at 25% off for campers.
