On Thursday, February 12, Obsidian Brewery will be closed to the public for a private, ticketed Valentine’s pairing dinner.

Guests will enjoy a six-course, seated dinner, with each course thoughtfully paired—four house-made beers and two handcrafted cocktails—designed to complement the menu from start to finish.
