February 19th · 7:00 PM · 21+

March 5th · 7:00 PM · 21+

Shake off the winter cold and join us for an intimate, hands-on evening of pizza, dough, and drinks at Blu Pizza & The City Beer Hall.

__________

About the Event

Your evening begins fireside, where you’ll be welcomed with a warming seasonal cocktail and time to settle in from the winter night. From there, you’ll head upstairs to our marble bar for a guided pizza dough experience led by our kitchen team.

You’ll learn the fundamentals of dough making and the techniques behind Blu’s signature crust. Your dough will be packaged for you to take home and bake the following day. Next, you’ll stretch fresh dough and build your own pizza, choosing toppings and learning the balance that makes a great pie.

While your pizza bakes, we’ll return you to the fireplace to relax with wine and a curated selection of cheeses and cured meats. The evening wraps with you enjoying your freshly baked pizza—made by you, perfected by us.

This is a cozy, social night designed for pizza lovers. No prior experience required.
