<h3>Age Restrictions</h3><p>For ages 18 &amp; up</p>

<h3>Description</h3><p>Take a deep dive into seafood by learning to make some favorites from our neighbors just south of the border. You'll  simmer shrimp with herbs and spices; bake fish filets;  make a tomato sauce and bake a snapper; and grill bi-valves. As class ends, you'll sit down for a seafood feast. </p><p>For ages 18 &amp; up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your seafood.</p>

<h3>Menu</h3><ul><li><p><em>Camerones a la Vinagreta</em> (Shrimp with Lime Dressing &amp; Crunchy Vegetables) </p></li><li><p><em>Filetes de Pescado a la Campechana</em> (Campeche-style Baked Fish Filets with Tomato, Habanero &amp; Citrus) </p></li><li><p><em>Huachinango Veracruzano</em> (Veracruz-style Red Snapper) </p></li><li><p><em>Mejillones con Cillantro</em> (Mussels with Cilantro)</p></li></ul>

<p><strong>Safety &amp; Precautions</strong></p><ul><li><p>At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.</p></li><li><p>For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.</p></li></ul>
