Description

Learn to make basic sauces that will enhance any meal. You'll pick up tips on reductions, emulsifications, custards, and infusions, which may sound daunting , but with a few tips from our instructors, you and your small team will be creating these simple sauces in no time!

for ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your samples.

Menu

You will focus on creating these sauces:

• Beurre Blanc (A Slightly Sweet, Slightly Tangy, Rich, Classic Butter Sauce)

• Bearnaise (A Butter Sauce Similar to Hollandaise traditionally served with Steak)

• Balsamic Reduction

• Coffee Creme Anglaise (A Custard Sauce used for Desserts)

In order to enjoy your sauces, our Instructors will provide

• Seared Scallops to pair with the Beurre Blanc

• Grilled Steak to pair with the Bearnaise Sauce

• Green Beans & Broccolini to pair with the Balsamic Reduction

• Chocolate Souffles to pair with the Coffee Creme Anglaise

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
