<h3>Description</h3><p>Expand your repertoire by learning to make these iconic French dishes. Working with a small team, you'll create a classic salad; a pan-fried steak; a pan sauce; two veggies; and a rich chocolate pudding. At the end of class, you'll sit down to enjoy the results of your efforts.</p><p>For ages 18 &amp; up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of French wine with the meal.</p>

<h3>Menu</h3><ul><li><p>Salad of Frisee, Bacon Lardons &amp; Poached Egg </p></li><li><p><em>Steak au Poivre</em> (Pan-fried Steak with Peppercorn Sauce)</p></li><li><p><em>Pommes Anna</em> (Baked, Thinly Sliced, Layers of Potatoes) </p></li><li><p><em>Haricots Vert</em> (French Green Beans)</p></li><li><p>Chocolate <em>Pots de Creme </em>(Baked Chocolate Pudding) </p></li></ul>

<p><strong>Safety &amp; Precautions</strong></p><ul><li><p>At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.</p></li><li><p>For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.</p></li></ul>
