<h3>Age Restrictions</h3><p>For ages 18 &amp; up</p>

<h3>Description</h3><p>Discover the characteristics of a well-made knife, how to care for your equipment and how to position your hands to chop like a pro.  After learning to slice, dice, peel and julienne, the results of your hard work become a meal.</p><p> For ages 18 &amp; up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine with your meal at the end of class.   </p><p>Note: You will focus on knife skills in this class so you will not be cooking in this class.</p>

<h3>Menu</h3><ul><li><p>Our instructors will make a seasonal meal from the vegetables and fruit used in class.</p></li></ul>

<p><strong>Safety &amp; Precautions</strong></p><ul><li><p>At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.</p></li><li><p>For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.</p></li></ul>
