An immersive experience that combines relaxation and sound healing. Participants are enjoying an unparalleled state of deep relaxation. Throughout the session, surrounding gong vibrations aid in releasing stress and emotional tension, guiding participants back to inner balance.

Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Small, exclusive groups in a private and comfortable setting. Highly recommended for highly sensitive individuals, urban dwellers with high stress, or anyone seeking deep relaxation.

Benefits of the Experience

The gong’s sound and vibrational waves activate the parasympathetic nervous system, inducing complete relaxation, shifting brainwave states, and facilitating deep meditative states. Enhances nervous system function, balances chakras, and deeply relaxes the body.
