Prioritizing Your Mental Health

Prioritizing Your Mental Health

Online event
Saturday, June 13  •  10 AM - 11:30 AM CDT
Overview

Join us for an online workshop focused on supporting teacher mental health, because your health matters as much as the work you do.

Join us Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CST/11:00 a.m. EST for Prioritizing Your Mental Health: Tips and Strategies to Help While in the Classroom. This is the last session in our burnout series.

Teaching takes a lot of you—your attention, your energy, your heart. This workshop is about helping you stay mentally healthy, so you can feel more grounded, clear, and steady throughout the day. No more pretending everything is fine or pushing through until you crash.

Prioritizing Your Mental Health is a supportive, teacher-centered session that focuses on the skills, awareness, and support teachers need to protect their mental well-being in real classroom conditions.

This is not a workshop that adds more to your plate. It’s a workshop that helps you protect the person carrying the plate.

What You’ll Learn

  • Commonalities between burnout and the 3 most common mental health challenges.
  • How guilt and perfectionism fuel mental health strain
  • Support options available to teachers

This Workshop Is For You If…

  • You’re functioning, but you feel mentally drained or emotionally stretched thin
  • You find yourself ruminating, overthinking, or struggling to shut your mind off after work
  • You want practical strategies that work in the classroom—not vague advice

You don’t have to wait until you’re at your breaking point to take your mental health seriously. Save your spot and take one step toward protecting your mind, your energy, and your well-being. You matter, too.

Note: This workshop is educational and supportive, not a medical diagnosis. If symptoms feel intense or persistent, seek professional help.
