Join us for Mentorship Momentum, an inspiring evening dedicated to advancing women in skilled trades through connection, conversation, and shared experience. This event brings together industry leaders, mentors, alumni, faculty, and apprentices to foster meaningful mentorship and build momentum for the future of the trades.
Featured Keynote Speaker: Hilary Peach
Author of Thick Skin and a respected voice in the skilled trades community, Hilary Peach will deliver a powerful keynote, “Thick Skin, Strong Hands: Thriving as a Woman in the Trades,” sharing insights on resilience, belonging, and navigating bias.
Event Highlights Include:
• Keynote address and reading from Thick Skin
• Interactive Q&A with the audience
• Mentor–mentee speed networking to spark lasting connections
• Book signing with Hilary Peach

Open to: The entire SAIT community, including apprentices, pre-apprenticeship students, faculty, support staff, alumni and industry partners.
