York Young Professionals was founded in 1999, with the goal of fostering interaction between young professionals, community residents, stakeholders and our business community. YYP has worked hard to fulfill its mission by creating positive opportunities for networking, community outreach and professional identity.YYP members enjoy a full social calendar that includes monthly happy hours, service outreach projects, and arts and entertainment events.

DreamWrights Center for Community Arts

<h3><strong><strong>Join the York Young Professionals as we continue our networking journey to DreamWrights Center for Community Arts for our second social of the year!</strong></strong></h3><h3>Enjoy a build-your-own bouquet courtesy of Perfect Stems, drinks provided by Woof Bar, and food provided by Roburrito's. A guest speaker from Big Brothers Big Sisters will be there to tell us how we can get involved in volunteer opportunities.</h3><p><br></p><h4>DREAMWRIGHTS CENTER FOR COMMUNITY ARTS</h4><p>DreamWrights is a non-profit organization founded in 1997, created by a group of families who believed that participation in a quality theatre education would have a profound and valuable impact on their children. DreamWrights offers camps, classes, and full-scale productions for children and adults of all ages. DreamWrights offers many opportunities in the creative arts, from acting to designing sets to crewing and stage managing, so whether your passion is being center stage or behind the scenes, DreamWrights has what you are looking for! We will also be taking a tour of DreamWights for any member or guest who would like to explore.</p><h4>COMMUNITY OUTREACH GUEST SPEAKER - Big Brothers Big Sisters</h4><p>Big Brothers Big Sisters of South-Central PA creates and supports one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. By matching caring volunteers with local children through our community-based and school-based programs, we help build confidence, improve academic success, and strengthen our community for the future</p><p><br></p><h4>TICKETS</h4><p>This will be a ticketed event. Members in good standing will be provided with 2 drink tickets and 1 for guests. Tickets can be used for beer and wine. Drinks will be generously provided by Woof Bar!</p><h4>FOOD</h4><p>Come grab a bite to eat while you work with other members. Food will be provided by Roburrito’s.</p><p>Don't forget to register!
