Will this course allow me to obtain a certificate of completion for DPA Programs?

Yes, the 5 hour course is required when using Down Pmt Assistance (DPA) programs.  Once you complete the course, you will receive a certificate which is valid for 2 years.

Do my partner/spouse/co-applicant need to be on the same computer for the call?

No, you can use multiple devices to join the call.

Do I need to be on camera during the class/call?

Yes, we need to see you on camera for 75% of the class time.

Do you offer classes on other days of the week?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer them every Friday and Saturday.  Friday is from 4pm to 9pm and Saturdays are from 10am to 3pm.  You can find these on the website.
