A Love Story: 26th Annual Boulder Wedding Showcase

Whether you’re just starting to dream (and gathering inspiration for rings, trends, and style ideas) or you’re nearing the finish line and looking for those final details to bring everything together, the Boulder Wedding Showcase is the perfect place to be.

Join us 11:00 AM–3:00 PM at Rembrandt Yard for an event that isn’t your typical wedding fair or expo. Instead of rows of booths and rushed conversations, we’ve created an immersive, community-focused experience. Couples will be able to explore our beautiful downtown venue as it’s fully transformed, connect with talented local vendors in a relaxed and welcoming setting, and see firsthand how the right team and thoughtful details can create a celebration that feels personal, elevated, and unforgettable.

With intentional curation, creative inspiration, and meaningful connection at the heart of it all, our showcase is designed to be less about sales pitches and more about sparking ideas, building relationships, and celebrating what makes every love story unique. And yes—we’ll have giveaways and prizes throughout the day, including a few extra-special surprises you won’t want to miss!

Plus, from 2:00–4:00 PM, join us for a Local Wedding Walk featuring some of our favorite Boulder businesses: License No.1, The Velvet Elk Lounge and Rosetta Hall, perfect for planning welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, after-parties, and more.

Not to mention, the bar at this event supports a great cause: BookGive Denver! The mission of BookGive is to increase book ownership and access by delivering FREE new and near-new books to nonprofits, schools, agencies and individuals. Their goals include broad community outreach to partner with organizations for which free books would enhance their important work. And, a Book Drive! BookGive will have a collection bin at their booth if you have books you are interested in donating to this cause!
